I need to change the username and email for this account-

Can this be done? Can i DM this info to someone? thx

Hi @kcadmin

We can only change the username, so please send your desired username in a “Secure Note” reply to this thread or even a normal reply.

What we can do is to release the license associated with your account so you will be able to register a new account with a new email and link your license back to that newly created account, let us know if that’s fine.
