Hello!
A third party plugin shows a list of items, where the thumbnails have only 100px width. The plugins support says, this size is defined by my theme (PRO). Can this be true? If yes, how can I change this?
The wordpress thumbnail-size under settings/media is 150 x 150px - so this can not be the reason for the 100px images.

Can you try switching to wordpress default twenty seventeen theme. If the images remains the same then it’s a problem with the plugin. If not, please provide us your wordpress admin login in Secure Note so we can take a closer look.

Right now, it seems to be a problem with the plugin, I’ll tell you, wether we could solve it or not.
