Change the text in the' Sale' icon

I am selling products at a permanent discount and I wish to show the full and discounted prices on the product page. Woocommerce treats this as a ‘Sale’, but in my country ‘sales’ have to be for a defined period, not a permanent discount. Can I change the word ‘Sale’ in the icon on the product image in the Category page to something else (maybe ‘Save’), or delete it entirely?
