Change the sort order of the screen layout configuration

Sorting the Category menu and other menus
I want to change the order.
How should I change it?

I would also like to change the phrase, The Blog, but I wonder if this can be fixed here.

Thanks for writing in.

The text “The Blog” should be changeable in X > Launch > Theme Options > {SELECTED STACK} > BLOG OPTIONS > BLOG HEADER > BLOG TITLE

As for the order, are they separate widget? Would you mind providing the site’s URL that has this? I can’t guarantee if it’s doable, it depends on existing content.
