Change the size of featured image

Hi,
I need your help with something I wasn`t able to solve in the “appearance” menu or searching in the posts on the support forum.
When I go to any of the posts the featured image is way too big. You can see an example here http://www.komunikujmespolu.sk/clanky/komunikujme-spolu-n-o/
There seems to be no way to change this in the options and I need to keep the featured image for the Content View plugin to display the thumbnails.

To resize the featured image, please add the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS:

.single-post .entry-thumb {
    max-width: 70%;
    margin: 0 auto;
}
