Change the button outline color

How do I change the button outline color (Orange color) as shown in the attachment.
It comes in all the buttons of my homepage

You can change that border color under Theme Options > Buttons:

Hi,

Thanks I change it there but it did’t change the border color.
However, I found out that the background color was set to none & it resulted in appearing the orange color. All okay now.
