Hi Mark,

I have visited the page URL given in your previous post and it shows a single image, is that already resolved? If not please let us know what exact problem you are having with that?
And to make the date of publication visible, you need to enable the Post Meta option from Theme Options > Blog > Post Meta.

Please find the screenshot describing the setting.
