Change spacing around homepage headline etc

Hi since the update the homepage headline, subhead line and 3 buttons have squished up the page.

Cant work out how to bring them down and re balance ?

Have used a
for now.

How do i view and adjust for different devices?

It might be the issue of cache, I would suggest you please purge all the cache and I would also suggest you please have a look at our doc to learn more about how to get rid of this issue.
