Change 'Size' text on product page

Hi there,

On my product pages, just before the variations dropdown menu, I’d like to change the text ‘Size’ to say ‘Choose your size’.

I’m running an X child theme so I’m not sure how to access PHP to change this. Any help would be appreciated.
