Change "Recent Posts" title

I am wanting to change the title of “recent posts” on my blog pages to something like “Other Topics”. This might seem dumb, but where do I do that?

Thanks for writing in! When you’re using Recent Posts widget (Appearance -> Widgets), you can set your Recent Post title as follows.

That should replace your default title.
