Please provide us with the new username you want to change this account to so that we can process it for you.

As for merging the other account to this account, you can simply transfer the licenses that were registered in the other account by unlocking the licenses and registering it to your existing account.

You can unlock the licenses by clicking on the padlock icon next to the license key.

Once a license is unlocked, you can transfer them to the new account.
