Change my profile's email address

I need to change my email address on my profile to [email protected]. I no longer have the email address [email protected] and cannot receive any emails at that address.

Thanks for writing in!

We can change your Username and Name for you but not the Email. You can give us the new Username and Name you’d like to change to. However at your end you do have the option of setting up email redirection. Please click here for more information.

No, that won’t do me any good. From looking at other users requesting a change to their email address, they were told to create a new account and transfer the license to the new account. I can create a new account, but how do I transfer my license to the new account?

I have a few other important problems with my Pro theme that need to be resolved, but first I want to change my email address so that I get your responses via email.

How do we change our Username and Name?

Hey Nathan,

Change of Username and Name is available only upon request. Please open a separate thread with your desired Username and Name and we’ll change them.

Once the change is done, you’d need to logout and login with your new username.
