Hello! I would like to disable the option of the mobile menu button. Or if you can not simply change its aesthetics (for example centering it) since it seems to me that it does not match the tone of my page. Thank you.

Thank you for writing in, regretfully the standard header does only have a limited options in mobile menu, the color of the menu text is base on the Navbar Links color option.
You will need a custom CSS to change more of its aesthetics.
You can find the proper CSS code selector using the Chrome browser Developer Toolbar

If you are more interested in having control over all aspects of the header/footer (desktop and mobile view) I suggest that you consider the Pro theme which has a Header/Footer builder.
