Renew is the perfect clean crisp style, except the content gallery isn’t uniform. I really like the uniform, clean look of the Ethos gallery. Is there a way to get that in Renew?

Thanks for the very detailed post information. Be advised that each stack has a unique design independent to each other. You cannot mix the stack designs and there is no option available for the content gallery to have a design that looks like the other stack that you are not using. It is only possible with CUSTOM css to change the look and feel of the content gallery. Be aware that custom coding is beyond the scope of our support already. You may need a 3rd party developer to do these customizations for you.

I just saw that “recent posts” in Renew has the uniform design I am looking for. Is there an easy way to “reuse” the recent post style in the content gallery?

You can create a custom page and use Recent Posts shortcode to create a gallery, alternatively you can create galleries with either Essential Grid or The Grid extensions.
