I’ve read where you go to Appearance > Customize > Custom > Edit Global Javascript
But I cant find that option on my recently installed X theme.
I would like when clicked to go to our main company website rather than the current homepage.

Thanks for writing in! We have moved to our own theme options settings. Kindly go to X > Theme Options > Custom JS instead. Be advised that what you are trying to do requires custom coding and it is beyond the scope of our support already. We are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy.
