Change logo on Scroll on X

So i’ve searched around the forums and found the same solution a couple places (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/header-change-image-logo-on-scroll/11027/2) but cannot seem to get it to work.

I want to change the header menu logo when the user scrolls down and back when they get to the top.

Any thoughts here? I feel like i’m missing something obvious.
