Change language + look of "read more" for posts

Hi there,

I currently have made several posts. Where and how should I change the current “read more” as shown on the image to another language + create a (Cornerstone) button of it? This way I can make it look alligned with the rest of my website.

Please add the following code under functions.php file locates in your child theme:
