Is there a way to change my license with PRO to X? Thank you.

Hello James,

Thanks for writing in! Pro is sold exclusively in our website and X theme were also sold exclusively in ThemeForest. If you have purchase Pro theme, you can request a refund and then once you’ve got refunded, you can buy X theme licenses from ThemeForest.

If you have upgraded your X theme license to Pro theme licenses, then we can initiate a license downgrade.
