Change form fields based on dropdown values

Hi there,

I want to create a form for my contact page that changes the fields based on the first option.

For example, if you select “coaching,” then the fields change to type of training, student name, etc.

If you select “performance,” it will change to type of performance, date, etc.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully there isn’t a feature in X theme or even in Contact Form 7 that do things you wanted. You might need to look for a 3rd party form plugin elsewhere.
