Change doesnt happend after update

Hi.

I recently updated to the latest version of Pro.
The change I do in the builder does not appar.

I get the message that my changes are saved, but nothing happens on til LIVE version.

How can I resolve this?

I tried to edit the page and it is saving without any issues in the builder and the changes also appear when I view it on the site:

Please try to clear your browser cache then check again.

Which page did you edit?

Im trying to edit the /kassen page, but it still doesnt work.
I have turned off cache-plugin, and tried different browsers.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I edited kassen page and when I loaded the page in Content builder it was showing Iframe error message. Next, I deactivated all plugins and then no only page loaded fine but the changes I made in the page using content builder is also getting reflected in front end.

In that regards, I suggest you to deactivate all plugins at once and reactivate one at a time to narrow down the plugin that’s causing the conflict.

Hi.

I have deactivated all plugins, but must have Woocommerce active to show this page.
Its still doesnt appear as it look in the builder. I have several websites with Pro theme, and this has never happend before.

Can it be something wrong with the theme?

Hi @Undrumen,

The reason for that is because you’re editing a reserved Wocoommerce page. Their shortcode may contain some features that may hinder the builder’s functionality. I was actually troubleshooting this issue on the latest versions, but this appears to be the same issue on Pro 2.5.5 as your current one.

As of now, there is no temporary fix as all my tests fail. Woocommerce template shouldn’t be customized like that since it’s supposed to be at template level. For now, please make sure the page uses standard template instead of blank template, then make sure it’s not created through the builder and should only contain [woocommerce_checkout].
