Hi, we noticed that the default tablet size built into X-Theme doesn’t include certain iPads when viewed in landscape mode. Is there a setting where we can change the default width for tablet responsiveness?

The breakpoints set are standard ones.
Regretfully there is no settings for this, modifying xtheme mobile responsiveness could only be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
