Change default size of featured image on blog posts

How do I change default size of featured image on blog posts? Right now when I click on a single blog post the image is much to large on the page. See attached example. Thanks

Thanks for asking.

You can add following CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS:

.single-post .entry-featured {
    width: 50%;
    margin: 0 auto;
}
