Change default product sort order on category page

Hi Guys,

trying to change the order of product result sin my category pages over the standard, last added etc list.

If i however update the advanced function (5) by changing the number in the menu order field it does not make any difference to my results as at https://www.commissionit.co.uk/product-category/art-commissions-furniture-jewellery/art-commissions/graffiti_murals

Any idea how to apply a bespoke other way to sort results?

Hello Amin,

Thanks for writing in! As stated in detail, you will have to edit each of the product one by one to change the order of the results. Please also be advised that your guide were made last November 20, 2015. Some of the steps may or may not work anymore. I would recommend that you contact the author of the article and ask him if all of the steps are still working or not.
