Change color of Cart Modal Toggle when items in cart

Hello! I would like to add a background color to the Cart Modal’s toggle only when there are items in the cart. (Otherwise, the background is transparent.) Is this kind of conditional styling possible?

I would suggest you go to the Cart modal element—>Modal —>background —>you can set the color from here.
