Change Button Color On Hover

I am on the latest version of Pro (5.9) and I read this document, but I do see the secondary color on hover, but there is no hover section in the Button section. So how do I change the color of a button on hover?

The button color for Hover can be specified in the Interaction option as shown in the given screenshot.
