Change bottom of footer color

Say, I can’t seem to be able to find where to change the bottom of the footer color. The section that has the powered by. https://honorandremembernebraska.org/fallenheroesscramble/

The powered by section at the bottom of the page background color was hardcoded via CSS. You can find it in the global CSS and look for this CSS code:

.x-topbar, .x-colophon.bottom {
    background-color: #222222;
}

Just click any page in the Cornerstone and you can see the global CSS code (e.g)
