Change blog post page layout -- X-theme Integrity

Hi there,

We just recently purchased another license for X-theme and using the Integrity stack on RunMyPractice.com

We’re currently using the masonry layout for our blog page.

We want to change the layout so that the top of the thumbnails all line up like this http://prntscr.com/qs1dxn

Can you help with this?

Hi William,

Thanks for writing in.

The default behavior of the masonry is what is displaying on your site right now. It is controlled by Javascript and changing that functionality or display will involve custom coding which goes beyond the scope of our support.

Have you tried checking for other options such as using The Grid or Essential Grid plugins to implement this?

https://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#skin_settings
https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/core-anatomy-of-an-essential-grid/#masonry-layout

Hope this helps.

Hi Jade, thanks for this. We will try out your suggestion to use The Grid.

You are most welcome!

Is there a X-theme stack that can produce this blog page layout where the top of the thumbnails are aligned like this

Hi William,

The answer is no because the masonry grid layout is uneven.

You might want to utilize the Essential Grid instead.

Even Sized Grid Items with a Masonry Layout

Thanks,

Thank you @friech! We’ll check this out.

You’re welcome, William.
