Change between Slides mouse-wheel scroll

Hello, i have a carousel slider as the header to my home page. The slider are rotating on mouse wheel rolls and I would like to turn this off so people have the opportunity to look down my main page without having to wait so long.

I also found this article where someone wanted to add the feature I’m trying to remove thinking i could do it backward but the response was that my effect wasn’t possible. Disable page scrolling while Revolution slider is sliding

To disable the mouse wheel scroll on your Revolution Slider, you need to turn off the mouse wheel navigation.

Then you need to enable the keyboard arrow navigation.
