Change Apex Email Account

Hello there,

How do I change the email address associated with our Apex account? The owner of the current address no longer works with us.

I would like to change it to: [email protected]

Hey Spencer,

There’s no option for this but I’ll check with our forum accounts manager to see if there’s a way to resolve this.

Hey Spencer,

I was advised that you will need to, first, unlock your licenses by clicking on the padlock icon next to a license.

You then need to create a new Apex account with the email you want to use and then register the unlocked licenses.
