Thank you but I don’t see that secure note button anywhere on this reply. Is there another place I should be looking?

Hey Richard,

Sorry for the confusion. Though we can change your Username and Name, we can’t change the Email as it’s connected to the license.

What you could do is first, go the your Licenses Page and unlock the license.

Then, create a new account (username, name and email) and register the license.
