Thanks for asking.

I have forwarded your request to our concern department. However, just wanted to remind you not to share details like purchase code and emails id’s in public. Please use secure note feature to do the same so that information is in between you and Themeco staff. I have moved the details into secure note.

Hi Christopher,

That’s no problem, but to do this, the new contact will need to create their own Apex account. They are required to register a license at the point of account creation, so what I can do is remove the license from your account, which will then be free to be re-registered under a new account. Before I do that, I want to confirm that this is ok with you?
