You can change the color of the line by changing the value of the background-color in this code which is found in the custom CSS panel in X > Launch > Options.

.h-custom-headline hr {
  width: 50%;
  max-width: 300px;
  height: 3px;
  margin: 1.5em 0 0;
  border: 0;
  font-size: 0.3em;
  background-color: #e44065; /* Change this value */
}
