CF7 submit/send button doesn't do anything

Hi Team,

Hope you can help.
We launched a website a couple of months ago, using CF7 as a contact form.
All of a sudden the submit or send button stopped working.
When hitting “send” simply nothing happens.

We use a Global Block at the bottom of each page.
We have used GB many times without any trouble.
Have also deleted CF7 and installed it again.

Will send website details in a private message. Thanks for taking a look at this asap.

I got the 500 error code when submitted the contact form:

UPDATE We have replaced Contact Form 7 by WP Forms for now. If you have information to avoid the problem with Contact Form 7 in the future please let us know. Cheers.

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, but I cant replicate the issue on my end. I get “Form Submitted Successfully” when sending the form (see secure note). Please clarify how we can replicate the issue.

And please clear your browser’s cache and all caching feature your site might have.
