Certain Images Won't Display After Push from Staging to Live

Hi there,

I’m having an issue with our site images after we did a push from staging to live.
Some of the images are loading, and others refuse to load even though they are showing in the media library. We’ve been on with tech support on the server end of things and they are saying the images are being blocked by our theme or something on this end.

Hoping you guys can help us get this resolved.

Hello Samantha,

Thanks for writing in! The given credential is not working for us. The password seems incorrect. Meanwhile, I noticed that Lazy Load feature is enabled in your site. Please clear all your caching plugins and purge your site caches if you are using CDN too.

By the way, when you reply, provide also the staging site URL so that we can compare the staging and the production site.
