It will be very difficult to understand the issue you are having without investigating it through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
NOTE: Tried by checking the URL listed in your Themeco account, but the Coming Soon page is activated.
Thanks
I’ve added the login to the original message using “Secure Note”.
Hello @snyderonlinemarketing,
Thanks for sharing the login credentials. I went ahead and checked your website settings. It appears that the Century Gothic font rendering issue is caused by an extra space in the Adobe Fonts configuration. This issue needs to be addressed by Adobe directly, so we recommend reporting it to Adobe support for further investigation and resolution. In the meantime, we plan to include a workaround in the upcoming release to help reduce this issue.
Thanks for understanding
how soon will the workaround be released?
My colleague has already reported the problem, and our development team is looking into it. But, unfortunately, there is no ETA on this till now.
Thanks
I just bumped our issue tracker. We will give an update thru our changelog once the fix is added to the next release version.
Cheers.
