Centering Article element

Helo there,

I am using the Layout Builder and having trouble centring the article panel here: http://odettel18.sg-host.com

I have reduced its width but cannot centre it using the flex tools.

Any idea what I am not doing?

Cheers!

Spencer

Hello Spencer,

Thanks for writing in!

Do you want to display it like this?

You just need to set the Left and Right margins to auto.

Best Regards.

Hi @ruenel,

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I am trying to do that - I have successfully done this before but have forgotten and can’t find the right thing to click…

Thanks for fixing it - have a brilliant week.

Kind Regards,

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Glad that we are able to help you.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Thank you.

I have another little problem with the mobile footer when using the Footer Builder - please see the attached image. The text on the smallest screen size will not centre even though it definitely is centred. Any idea why?

Thanks!

Kind Regards,

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Exact page URL where you are having this problem

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Apologies, I should have indicated the credentials were in my opening post.

Please see the secure note attached to this one.

Thanks!

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Thanks for sharing the details, but unfortunately, didn’t find the section you mentioned in the screenshot given in your previous reply. Can you please share the exact URL so we can investigate and guide you on this?

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Sorry, I am not being very helpful!

Here is the editor URL: http://odettel17.sg-host.com/cornerstone/footers/52

View in 480 and down.
The header text, Headmaster, is centred ok, but the test beneath, the address, is not.

I have centred it using both the Rich Text Editor, which has added the center class, and the Cornerstone text tool. The text ignores both attempts at formatting it.

Please note that I deleted the previous post because the entire formatting looked askew - please see the attached image.

Thanks!

Spencer

Sorry, the text in my post still looks wrong - please see the attached image for my message.

Why is this happening??

Cheers,

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Unfortunately, the credentials are not working now.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

I have reset the password.

Thanks

By the way, I think the strange formatting I have been seeing in the messages is my browser, so please ignore that message earlier.

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

Unfortunately, newly given credentials also not worked.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Sorry about this - I was having a bad day!

Please use the same username and password but change the URL to the following:

http://odettel17.sg-host.com/wp-login.php

Thanks!

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

I have checked the URL thoroughly and found that you are having a problem with the following website.

Whereas credentials were given for the following website.

Can you please specify the exact website and the URL you are having the issue with for investigation?

Thanks
