Centering and left aligning text in same element

Is there a way to center part of the text in a text element and left align the other. Please see the last section on the page in the secure note. I don’t want to use

because the text in the third column won’t align with the other columns.

I want the titles centered (Youth Ministry, etc.) and the text beneath it underlined. I appreciate your help.
