Center Image overlapping row

Hi team,

I am in the beginning staging of drafting up a site. I built a section that will repeat 3 times that I really like, but when I started reducing screen size it went really wonky, so it seemed easier to try and rebuild it in a different way to achieve the same effect. I rebuilt it and have just about got it perfect, but now I can’t get the image to overlap both the top and bottom of the row. I wan it to look like this:

but i can only get it to overlap on the bottom, not the top:

Can you please have a look and let me know what I’m missing here?

The rebuilt section I need help tweaking is named “help me!”

The original section I started with is named “ORIGINAL Services - Retainer”

In a perfect world I want the image to look like it does in the original where it is full width or almost full width of the column.

Thanks so much!

Ashley

ps. Since I typed the original message, I’ve also made a grid version of it called “Help Me! Grid Version”. Im just not sure what is the best route to go to get hte look I’m after and have it work on big large corporate screens, but then scale down to a laptop, not to mention adjusting for mobile.

Hello @texaskiwi13,

Thanks for posting in!

How should this display in smaller screens? The best way to accomplish overlaps is to use the Grid method. Kindly provide us a mock layout so we can create a demo. Meanwhile, I have created “Help by Rue” Section and check it out.

Best Regards.
