Center Align a 'Line'

I want to align the black line in the white column to the center. How can I do that?

I set the column text alignment to center, but that does not align the line. What can I do?

I checked and it’s a line element, please inspect your line element and go to its margin setting and apple this similar setup.

It should align it to the center.
