CDN Cache Rules for Pro

Hello Themeco team:

We recently enabled Cloudflare CDN for our website. We are pretty much caching everything behind CDN except /wp-admin/* pages. Wondering whether this could cause any issue with Pro theme content creation & editing? Do you have any recommendations on what we should exclude caching on CDN? Do we need to add any rules for /pro/* pages?

Thanks

Hi @amardeepmisha,

Thank you for writing in, we have not received many issues with Cloudflare CDN, so it should be fine.

But if you want to be sure that it does not affect any Cornerstone Builder, yes you can exclude the entire /pro/* path.

Also, you can exclude these two files, but that is only if you see JS errors on the frontend.

/wp-content/themes/pro/framework/dist/js/site/x.js
/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist/js/site/cs.2155f74.js

Cheers,

Thanks. I understand the first JS file but am not sure what the second file represents. It seems to have a unique number embedded in its name “2155f74”. Can you explain what it is?

Hi @amardeepmisha,

The second js file is the default js file of the theme and cannot be changed. Just follow what my colleague said.

Thank you.
