Category Page: Nothing to Show any posts under each category

Hi,

We are having issue lately on our website, I think this is after updating the X theme, before it was showing, but right now we got this error to any category page "Nothing to Show Right Now"

Please we need to fix this as the website is running live, and we are missing these pages/categories right now to view the posts under it.

Hi Sherwin,

Thanks for writing in! Can you please try re-generating your permalink settings and see if the issue is related to your .htaccess file.

Head over to your permalink settings (General -> Permalinks) and set Postname save changes to re-create your .htaccess file. Then try loading your category page again.

If you’re using a caching plugin on your server, make sure to purge your server cache before testing. Also you can try testing for a plugin conflict by disabling your 3rd party plugins.

Hey guys, same problem here, category pages all empty and won’t show anything since I updated the theme. I tried deleting and reinstalling the theme (& child), tried changing permalink settings to postname, always cleared caching, tried turning off the Ethos post slider… Nozzing. Nada. It hasn’t worked, can someone please help?

Hi There,

Since you have done basic troubleshooting already, please try opening a new thread. Then on a secure note, share your site URL and credentials so we can double check your setup. A theme update should affect content of category pages.
