I found explanation How to add category description here, but it seems that you can add only text.
Can i display everything is in the category description?
like a image, put a slider and so on?

The product category description by Woocommerce is meant to only contain text content but you should be able to add a WYSIWYG editor to it so that you can style the content more which is doable through some plugins or customization.
