Hi there, I tried the advice given in this post below, but it didn’t work for me. Nothing showed up on my description. Also, there was some code already in the file after I created it. Don’t know if I was supposed to overwrite or add to it. I tried both, and still, neither worked.
I have read that our theme does not show category descriptions, but since there are a couple of posts showing how to do it, I thought I’d ask again - hoping that something has been changed.

Are you using a Pro header? The customization in the thread you’ve pointed out is only applicable to the Classic Header. Please check out the suggestion in this thread instead.

Hi, thanks for this. What I wanted to do with my category archive page was use it as a cornerstone page for the keyword. I need to be able to take advantage of the full editor and have that description show up. I have a feeling that I am out of luck.
I see. Regretfully, that is not possible. The provided suggestions would not work. You would need further custom development for that.
