Categories Pages Broken

Hi,

We just noticed that our category pages are broken. None of them will load, and one of them is redirecting to another link.

http://boldheart.com/blog/category/member-stories/ is redirecting to:
http://boldheart.com/blog/category/success-stories/

http://boldheart.com/blog/category/boldheart-business will not load.

Thanks for writing in! There are few possible causes of your issue. Please follow the guidelines below to troubleshoot your issue.

1.Head over to Settings -> General area and make sure that you have the same URL for WordPress address and site address.

2.If you’re using a redirection plugin, please disable it and test your issue further.

3.If you have added any redirection rules into your .htaccess file, you need to remove them and re-test your issue again. You can also re-generate your .htaccess file by head over to Settings -> Permalink section, then select the option postname and save the changes.

4.It could be a customization that you have added into your child theme causing this issue. You can disable your child theme by activating your parent X theme again by head over to Appearance -> Themes section and re-test your issue again.

5.Finally, it could be a plugin conflict as well that you’re experiencing. To test for a plugin conflict, please disable all of your 3rd party plugins except your Cornerstone plugin and test your issue further. If the issue resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing this issue.
