Catchable fatal error in WP Settings

I’ve got an error message appearing in my general settings of WP, it reads:

“Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home1/**************/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 1045”

It doesn’t seem to affect the general functionality of my site but I can’t save any changes in my general settings for WP. I haven’t got a clue how to fix it. Can anybody help?

Hi,

This is most likely because of a corrupted data in your settings.

You can try the fix listed below.

Hope that helps

Hey, thanks for the reply. I tried following the link you gave but nothing comes up. Please could you send again.

Hi,

You need to check site url and wordpress url in your sites database and make sure that the correct site url is listed.

Here is another link
