Cartflow not working on X theme

Why is cartflow not supported? I tested it with X theme and it continually loads at the checkout page and doesn’t allow payment info to be inserted. I deactivated all plugins but cartflow and woocommerce and it still doesn’t work. Then I tested on a standard Wordpress theme and it works.

What gives X theme??

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to our Theme will need to be directed to the original developer.

With that said, please do the following:

• Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)
• Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.
