Cart total in Pro Custom Headers

Hello, hope this message finds you well.

I’m creating a web shop using Woocommerce and the Pro framework.

I’ve started trying out creating a header using the Header Builder in Pro and it works great.

I have added a cart icon (cart off canvas) and it work great.

Now the question is, how can I get the cart total and/or the amount of items in the cart visible next to the icon? So the user can see if something is in the cart without the need to select the icon? It will be better UX.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! We certainly appreciate the feedback! Currently there is no option to show the items or the amount next to the cart icon but this is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.

That would be awesome, thanks!

I’m also a UX designer / consultant / mentor and it’s just a better UX practice to have a visual way to see immediately if there are items in the cart or for what amount without having to open it.
