Shop base: #100 - /buy/
Cart: Page does not contain the shortcode.
The page does contain the shortcode, so I don’t know why it’s saying it doesn’t.
Do you have any insights?

It seems that your Cart page is working fine at my end. The WooCommerce Cart page contains only one shortcode of WooCommerce that is [woocommerce_cart].
In case if I have missed anything please share exact page URL and with marking screenshot.
