where I can edit the text on the both buttons within the element “Cart Off Canvas”?
I tried to find the wording with Loco Translate but did not found it.

If you are talking about how to update the text for the toggle that opens the off canvas cart, you can do that by ensuring you have selected the “Toggle” control group in the control navigation, and then go down to the “Text” section:
If the text for the Toggle is enabled, you should see the following:
If you are talking about the buttons inside the cart, they are localized via WooCommerce, so you will need to locate WooCommerce’s localization file and update the text there as they are not technically a part of the theme, we simply integrate styling for them but the content is provided by WooCommerce.
