Cart off canvas element - Floating Icon

Hi, is it possible to have the icon for the Cart Off Canvas element floating in the bottom right, like a Scroll to top anchor on certain pages, such as the WooCommerce shop and product page?

Yes it is. You can have this feature using a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-floating-cart-lite/

Unfortunately, if you want to hard-code this feature, this requires further customization and out of our scope. I suggest you search for a developer in Google or you can try the services from the guys here: https://xthemeusers.com/professionals/
